Collaboration beginnt im Kopf – nicht bei der Technik

Schon vor einiger Zeit habe ich mal in einer schlaflosen Nacht eine Präsentation über die Voraussetzungen von Kollaboration erstellt. Es geht dabei darum, dass Kollaboration nicht mit Technik beginnt, sondern in den Köpfen der Menschen. In der Art und Weise wie wir miteinander umgehen.

Wie sollen die Mitarbeiter zusammenarbeiten, einander helfen, sich gegenseitig unterstützen, wenn wir doch in einem System der Selbstbezogenheit, der Gewinnmaximierung und ROI Wahnsinn leben? Wenn es fast nur noch darum geht, was für mich drin ist? Wir es gewohnt sind, dass man uns alles zuträgt? Sit back and kick the TV on…

In dieser Präsentation habe ich mir über diese Themen Gedanken gemacht. Was müssen wir in unserer Zusammenarbeitskultur tun, damit wir auch mit den uns zur Verfügung stehenden Systemen zusammenarbeiten? Natürlich gebe ich die Präsentation auch mal gerne in euren Teammeetings oder auf Tagungen.

Wer rastet der rostet – SharePoint 2013 kommt

Mit dem Release Datum von der SharePoint 2013 Preview ist wieder einiges an Betrieb in die Szene gekommen. Hier mal kurz eine Übersicht, an welchen Events Sie etwas von SharePoint zu hören bekommen. Office und SharePoint 15 Technical Preview hat gestartet

Nun ist es soweit, Microsoft startet das Technical Preview Programm zu Office 15. Teil des Office Paketes ist natürlich auch SharePoint 15. Mit dem Technical Preview Programm erhalten erstmals ausgewählte Gruppen Zugriff auf die Vorabversion von Office 15. “Diese Office Version ist das ambitiöseste Unterfangen aller Zeiten der Office Division” so PJ Hough, CVP of Development der Microsoft Office Division.

Zum ersten mal in der Geschichte werden die Cloud Services, Servers und PCs sowie mobile Endgeräte für Office, Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync, Project, und Visio gleichzeitig auf die nächste Version gehoben.

Obschon das Technical Preview Programm bereits voll ist, wird jeder einen ersten Blick auf die Public Beta erhalten, die später diesen Sommer erscheinen wird.

Ich freue mich unheimlich auf diese Produktephase und werde Sie natürlich von vorderster Front über die Entwicklung des neuen Office Paketes informieren.

SharePoint 15 – Die nächste Welle zeichnet sich bereits ab

Wie der SharePoint Community bekannt wurde, sind die Spezialprogramme (für Technische Previews und Early Adopters etc.) von Microsoft angelaufen. Einem sehr exklusiven Kreis von Kunden wird in der nächsten Zeit eine Vorabversion von SharePoint 15 zur Verfügung gestellt werden.

Ähnlich wie bei SharePoint 2010 wird es auch bei der Version 15 von SharePoint einige Auserwählte geben, welche die Early Bits von der nächsten Office Wave (Office und SharePoint) erhalten.

Natürlich sind wir auch am abklären, ob wir ggf. an den Collaboration Days 2011 bereits einen Sneak Peak präsentieren können. Die Wahrscheinlichkeit ist sehr hoch, dass Sie an der Schweizer SharePoint Konferenz zum ersten Mal etwas von SharePoint 15 sehen werden.

Wir werden natürlich wie immer alles geben, dass dies möglich wird.
